Why OIC+ exists
Small organizations rarely fail because the people are not capable. They struggle because the structure underneath the work was never built: processes are undocumented, records are scattered, decision-making is informal, and obligations are tracked in someone's head.
OIC+ builds that structure. The name says it directly. Infrastructure is what holds everything else up, and it gets attention only when it fails.
Background
Our work draws on two decades in legal practice, including litigation and transactional work, small business operations, process improvement, and compliance and oversight. That experience means we read contracts, regulations, and policies closely, and we also know how those requirements have to fit into a working day.
We now apply that to the practical side of modern operations, including AI workflows and agents, and the websites that present organizations to the public.
